I've been a customer at Dale Willey Automotive for a long time. I had all my service done there. I tried to buy another 3500HD diesel dually but never could get what I needed. Si I found one from ******** chevrolet in merriam ks. So I brought my truck her for service and some mechanical issue's. They turned in the warranty work to the warranty company. I purchased a used car 2 months ago. The I found out after the purchase the vehicle had an open recall and a navigation system SD Card error that was never addressed prior to the sale of the vehicle. I keep the vehicle in the garage, but on 2 occasions the vehicle was outside while it rained. After the first time it rained the vehicle smelled like a wet dog so I didn't really think much of it. Within 3 months I had to take my car in 5 times, they tried saying nothing was wrong with my car, then said they looked it over and I told the guy exactly what was wrong with it, then they tried to say again nothing was wrong, but I left a review and they then told me they would fix the wheel bearing, they don't care about customers, seems very fishy when I said I'd have someone else inspect the vehicle then they want to do their jobs right, definitely won't ever come back, things really seem shady if you ask me, there's som... read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. Once the money changes hands they no longer care about the customer. They never answer the phones or return phone calls, the manager and the service department employee will not get up out of their chair to go find help they just offers to email someone in the same office for you. Every singe person I have had contact with are extremely rude and very unhelpful. The service department was doing warranty work on my wife's GMC acadia. They told us it would be 7-10 days for the work. It has been 3 months and they still have not started the work. I would have gone somewhere else except that it is not drivable. They finally started the work after 3 months only to find out that there was more wrong then they originally thought and need to wait to order more parts.
