Best DO ever!
The best doctor I have had the pleasure of knowing. I'm alive because he listens.
Went to Dr Wheeland 2 years ago with a pain in my shoulder and neck. He gave me a five day steroid treatment, physical therapy, MRI and said I don't know, you tell me what you want me to do. I recently went to a new Dr and told him what was going on and what was tried. He gave me a shot in my shoulder that day and for the past month I have had no pain. I am happy I left this practice.

Billing is awful. I pay all medical with flex card and actually went in to see what I owed as nobody ever answers or calls back. They said nothing (June), then billed me in August for a March visit. We called several times and never heard back. Then called by a collection agency who said we owed bill amount plus 50% fees per medical office. I have received 7 or 8 bills that we paid in the past and struggled to get ahold of them. This one they sent to collection. Never going to this Dr again.
Dr. Wheeland has been my doctor for over ten years. He is always attentive, gives great advice and spends time listening to my questions and thoroughly answering them. He has always been flexible and accommodated same-day appointments when needed. I highly recommend him.
I have been a patient of Dr. Wheeland for over 10 years. Yes, he is always running behind and I have to wait to see him, but he gives me all the time I need when I get into the room with him. I guess I appreciate most that I get to see the Doctor at each visit. He doesn't turf me off to a NP or PA. When I go to the doctor, I want to see a doctor and that happens with Dr. Wheeland. He takes the time I feel like I need. Plus, he always remembers my personal details!!! I know he really cares
Dr. Wheeland has been my doctor for over 20 years. He is thorough, has a passion for listening to his patients and spends the time needed to calm your fears. His staff is courteous and always has a smile to give. They will always work you in whenever needed, you can't ask for more than this from a provider. Love this office and have recommended him numerous times over the years. Kay H.
