I’ve had Dale the Plumbing Pro out two different times for separate plumbing issues, and both visits went really well. They stay pretty busy, so it can take a little time to get scheduled for non-urgent work, but that just shows they’re in demand. Even so, they were worth the wait, especially since other plumbers never even returned my calls. We had a plumbing crew come out to clear a badly backed-up soil line and drain, and they did an excellent job. The blockage was severe, so the plumbers used both an auger and hydro jetting to fully open the line and get everything flowing again. Roger and Dale were very experienced, quickly figured out the cause of the problem, and explained each step of the drain cleaning process in simple terms.
