We had a so-called handyman come out to fix our washer drain line that kept backing up and overflowing, but he only made the plumbing problem worse and never solved the original clog. After that, we called a plumber, and Roger arrived within a couple of days, quickly found the issue, and cleared the drain in about 30 minutes. i searched online and found a local plumber after a larger plumbing company and a few other plumbers told me that, because the builder did not put in a drain where the water service comes into the home, the only option for a water softener would be to place it upstairs by the water heater and furnace drain in a linen closet.
