The service managers were very cordial and accommodating despite the fact that the garage was short base due to a renovation and got me in and out in just a couple hours. My car was spotless when I picked it up and the service manager explained the procedure is very well to me on what the technicians did to my vehicle. I couldn’t be much happier.
Waited here for 4 hours for a simple oil change and to have my tires fixed but instead I was giving the runaround like they were actually working on my car when the reality was there was only one person back there and he wasn't working on my car he got frustrated and didn't finish it so I have one tire fixed and the other three aren't and it wasn't even the tire that I requested be fixed so I'm still in the same predicament of trying to get my tire done because it keeps going flat they had explained over the phone when I mad... read more
Awesome job, Awesome salesman Jordan you’re frustrated with our situation he helped us get a new car and get us out of there pretty fast because he knew from out of town. Thank you for that is awesome. We love it. The car is awesome. Love it. Don’t have no problems. I can’t say that about the service department that’s a whole different ball game you need to change up your service department because they are running you deal ship in the ground but as for your sales people, they were awesome
