Excellent Randy is a professional
I have been a loyal Spradley customer for many years.. Ive had to deal with Erik in the Service Dept for over 2 yrs on 2 different vehicles. ABSOLUTE nightmare to say the least.. Erik does not follow through, Erik is misleading and has zero compassion or want to actually find what is going on with a vehicle. I am currently working with the new Service Manager by the name of Jeff. My limited experience with Jeff has been night and day compared to the nightmare I faced dealing with Erik.
