I originally brought my car in for a routine oil change and to have a recall checked. I was assured everything was fine and that the recall didn’t apply to my vehicle. Less than a month later, the check engine light came on. So once again, I took time off work and made the 2.5-hour drive—one way—only to be told that yes, in fact, the recall did apply to my vehicle after all. I will never take my car in for service there again. Unprofessional and rude at desk. In addition, I just looked under the hood because it smelled hot, and I find the cap to the radiator is gone and the coolant had sprayed all over the engine. I had to stop and get a gallon of coolant to replace it all. Such an irresponsible and stupid mistake that could have turned out much worse.
