We just bought a house with Cody (William Cappelen) as our realtor. Cody is tenacious in his search and was attentive to our needs. He worked diligently to find the right fit for us. We looked at a house and did not care for it and the house next door to it didn't really have the land we were looking for but the house was an exact match for our needs. We settled for less land. Cody was excellent and is a real go-getter. I highly recommend him.
Went to an open house in Fellsmere this Sunday which was supposed to be from 1-3. Received and email at 8:47 am for the open house. Drove 45 minutes one way, got there at 2 no one was there. House locked, called the number on sign for Kathy Hainey at 2:05. No answer. It’s now 6:43, still no call today. That is bad business. I thought an open house meant that the realtor was supposed To be there? If I had to make an appointment with a realtor it wouldn’t be an open house.
