I bought my gas heater 13 years ago from Dale's Gas and now that I'm getting ready to sell my house, I decided I should have it checked out to make sure it's working since I haven't used it in a while. Their tech came out, checked it all out, replaced the controls which I was not able to see anymore due to discoloration. It turns out that it had actually burned out. Well dales gas came for a service call on a pool light that was improperly hooked up so they connected it correctly and charged above the service call for the labor so I️ DK what was the service call charge the answe I️ got was for the tech to come out and see what the problem was so insult to injury the light still does not work so I call them and they say it will be a week for them to come back I don’t think they care about the customer they will just charge what they want and not resolve the issue very dissatisfied
Service man helped me get manual for inside controls on computer!!!
