Mr. Rex represented a buyer on a property we are selling. At about 3pm the day before closing, he let our agent know the buyer did not ultimately qualify for the mortgage. He did not pick up the phone when our agent called him. He communicated via text, saying "Buyer did not qualify. Tell you sellers sorry." Extremely unprofessional behavior, and left us in a terrible position. I am currently sitting on our bed consoling my crying wife. We may lose the house we were moving to.

Dale has done several real estate deals with my family and he is a solid professional. I wouldn’t work with anyone else. He isn’t pushy and truly has your best interest in mind.
