They would replace my broken glasses even though I told them I would pay for them. I am not due for an exam. Just needed my glasses replaced. They weren't in my network so they wouldn't do it. My insurance does not cover glasses just exams. I don't understand why they couldn't help. They could have told me on the phone when I was making the appointment instead of letting me drive 45 minutes for nothing.
I love him!!! I've been going to him since I was a little child!! He is a GREAT doctor!!!
