I've been seeing Dr. Menard for over a year now since being diagnosed with MS. He has listened to my every complaint (which has been many) via the patient portal. He always has responded to my messages within a days time if not sooner. Has little time for patient. Doesn't know any of your history and doesn't ask. Says little and refers you to other tests. Needs course in caring and kindness. Total waste of appt.
Excellent neurologist. Very thorough and extremely knowledgeable about treating migraines.
The smartphone Dr. Can't stay off his phone long enough to talk with me. Most unprofessional person I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. Took all info for MRI, but never scheduled it. I believe he's trying to invent headache cure and make it HIS legacy. Begged for MRI, then was asked if I wanted to have another infusion instead. Stay away from here!
I have been seeing Dr. Menard for several years. He also sees my elderly mother and mother-in-law. Dr. Menard is easy to talk to, he is so knowledgeable and seems to zero in on the problem very quickly. He has made my life better as well as my family members. I wish all doctor's had as much compassion as Dr. Menard.
Patient and willing to listen. Instead of a nurse or assistant coming to take you to a cold unfeeling exam room, Dr. Menard comes to the waiting room to get you and takes you to his office. He explained my condition well and explained my treatment options. Would recommend him to anyone who needs a neurologist.
