Dale did a phenomenal job selling my property in Kingman, AZ! We faced a variety of challenges along the way and Dale handled all of them with professionalism. The biggest hurdle was the septic tank because it was almost 40 years old and we were certain that it would need to be replaced after an initial inspection.
