I just finished dealing with Dale laboratories for the last two weeks.I am a professional photographer specializing in B&W landscapes and am the featured artist at an art gallery in S.W. Florida on Feb 23rd.Dale labs has a lifetime customer in me.They helped me with large prints I had to have,on a deadline and came thru with flying colors.I even had a little problem and Dale (Mr. Big)called me personally and we worked it out.This is old school service.I highly recommend this company!
