We recently took our Ford f150 and Toyota Tacoma to have them undercoated to Dale James Ford. The Toyota was done to our satisfaction, however the Ford had the whole rear and looking like it wasn’t even sprayed. It was a bit rainy the morning we took it in and they said they dried it prior. Set up an appointment to buy a truck, I drove 7 hours to get it when I got there they weren’t open. When I got ahold of someone the next day, they lied to me and said the truck is sold but the truck is still available on the website.

We had a bad experience with them bought a Ford escape only had it a week when the motor blew up plus there was other issues with the vehicle we will never ever buy from them again Scott was very dishonest with his dealings after a week of having the motor blow up we wanted to cancel everything and have him take it back and he totally refused.
