We had a bad experience with them bought a Ford escape only had it a week when the motor blew up plus there was other issues with the vehicle we will never ever buy from them again Scott was very dishonest with his dealings after a week of having the motor blow up we wanted to cancel everything and have him take it back and he totally refused.
I can’t say enough good things about this dealership, especially their service department! I bought a problematic vehicle from another dealer and after being blown off by the other dealer twice about the problems it had I decided to try another. Pete in service has treated me like a member of their family. He listened to my concerns when I showed up at his counter unannounced and frustrated.
