The office computer wouldn't work on Saturday. It said there were hard drive errors. This was bad because our backup hard drive broke about a month ago. The office girl called hoping to get someone out to fix it on Monday. I was afraid my information was lost. They came out on Sunday and replaced the parts and saved all my info. Now that we are dealing with Dale Computer Services the printers print when we press print, we don't get dropped from the Internet when we receive a fax, the computers don't slow down in the middle of the day, we don't get popups and errors constantly, etc. Everything just seems to work better now and we are spending much less for support than we were before. I highly recommend them.
