Took my car in today to get a check up on it because I will be traveling in a couple of weeks. Everything important was working well they did find one problem with a oil leak seal and we’re able to order the parts and get it fixed today everybody was kind and friendly, and answered all the questions that I had and explained everything in a way that I would understand it.
Revised. I drove by today and they had staff and all service bays were open.
I showed up at the start of their posted hours (8 am) on July 9th, 1026, then waited 30 minutes and no staff showed up at the front desk. Maybe it was just an off day for them. They normally have very good reviews.
Ricky just replaced my bulbs for free. Did it himself as his techs were all busy. Super helpful and was honest with me. Same with my wife. Could've easily overcharged her for something but he didn't. I appreciate honesty, and competence.
