I interviewed two realtors and thought I was set with the first one, a top realtor that held a clip board and was wanting a contract signed before she left. She seemed very business-like. I thought it would be smart to hire her. When Dale came to my house, he gave me a completely different outlook on the sale. He described the importance of the house layout, the features that needed updating, the current market.
