I interviewed two realtors and thought I was set with the first one, a top realtor that held a clip board and was wanting a contract signed before she left. She seemed very business-like. I thought it would be smart to hire her. When Dale came to my house, he gave me a completely different outlook on the sale. He described the importance of the house layout, the features that needed updating, the current market. Highly Recommend!!! Dale went above and beyond during my entire home buying process. He and his team made all the stressful parts of purchasing a home really easy, streamlined, and efficient. He scheduled all the necessary inspections for me, and after going over the report scheduled for multiple contractors to come and do bids right away.
