This is the best beer-battered deep-fried fish I've ever had. Fish fry Friday night is an eastern Wisconsin tradition that started back when meat was forbidden on Fridays. This is better than the fish from my childhood 60 years ago.

I got the combo tenderloin and sautéed scallops, it was simply amazing and delicious. My beefcake got the broiled lobster, scallops and shrimp, he loved it and didn’t have any leftovers. I left with a large box that had my huge piece of leftover steak, bleu cheese sauce and asparagus in it. Not only was the food amazing but the staff was top notch. Our waitress Jane was superb, she was friendly, quick, and just so stinking cute. You can tell she would be fun to hang out with after work. Love Cedar lodge!!!
The food is amazing! If you want a friendly supper club atmosphere then this is the place.
Wonderful hidden gem. Cozy, authentic, delicious, creative are a few things that come to mind. Get the corn fritter with the cold strawberry soup- to die for. Tip: make a reservation - they take them!!
