I need a Surgeon, such as Dr Baur in my life, SO MUCH, to help my ENTIRE DESTROYED MOUTH, (yet I do not, as of now, January 12th, 2020, know of what THAT WOULD INCLUDE). l had an overbite with crooked teeth, and paid for zOrthodontic care. Bad outcome. Second Orthodontist PULLED THE ) tips of both my upper and lower teeth ) forward to give to my mouth: ( 'AN APPEARANCE OF A FULLER MOUTH, DUE TO TEETh BEING PULLED, and FIRST ORTHO PUSHED TOP TEETH BACK SO FAR, I had RESTRICTION f my jaw). 30 years later, having had NO (prior) JAW PAIN due to this damage, I went toa HEALER ( due to living in anon-stop life of MIGRAINE PAIN ( for 8 years). I would awaken ftom a #10, and THE NLY Rx that my Neurologist found, out of the COUNTLESS PAIN MEDS TRUED, ( after NO PREVENTATIVE WORKED (at all), I being a REBOUNDER to a Rx that only lessoned my #10, down to a 5-6 each minute of every day. The HEALER TOLD ME (ALL OF YPUR PAIN IS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR NECK). After ( MY LIFE ZODF LIVING ON in a CHAIR for 8 years on end, crying and praying (FOR DEATH)~ in the year of 29008, I developed TMJ PAIN.. I; immediately, then, went to see our TOP ORAL MAXIO-Facial Surgeon in the area. After COUNTLESS TESTS & X-RAYS, (it was determined by the Surgeon, that I need the surgery of cutting my bone, to pull my UPPER TEETH forward, wearing braces once again, but MY INSURANCE ( allowed NO COVERAGE): CLAIMING IT TO ALK BEING WANTED for COSMETIC PURPOSES. I HAD NO OTHER OTHER CHOICE ( to rid this pain), but was ABLE to afford to pay an PUT OF POCKET EXPENSE, each new year that a NEWLY MADE YEARLY SPLINT, although NOT CHEAP, as each was made, JUST-FOR (my mouth). SPLINT THERAPY: Wearing, duringa 6 year time frame, a splint worn 24/7. The treatment in the end, did NOT grow soft tissue (between the BONES of my TMJ area) to LEAVE ME STILL LIVING IN PAIN, taking the OPIODS, yet, DID RELIEVE MY CONSTRICTION. BUT NOW, MY MOLARS NO LONGER TOUCHED, so a BITE RESTORER HAD TO VE NADE TO BE WORN OVER MY BOTTOM TEETH), but now I: 1). STILL HAD TMJ PSIN 2). I DID HAVE THE APPEARANCE of a normal looking mouth? My UPER & LOER TEETH touched tip to tip, thee wasno overhang of the UPPER TEETH. AFTER 3 more years of living on OPIODS, .but having (STILL) no life, for I was SO TIRED. I did no FUNCTIONS, due to MANY MIGRAINE TRIGGERS, & with taking the Opioids still, to relieve pain fir galfthe day, I finally my neurologist that I do not want to live the rest of my life like this. I asked him, I 'BEGGED' to him (to P,EAE give me a name of a good surgeon who could help me with my TMJ pain ', so I could (once and fforever) not RELY on the OPIODS. He, then, told me of DR. BAUR. DR, BAURS XRAY SHOWED TO HIM TAT I WAS( ( still) BONE onBONE thereadonfor my ongoing pain, PERFORMED HIS FIRST TREATMENT TO MY JAWS a he does TOALL of his painful TMJ patiets. I AM NOW WEANED OFF OF MY OXY, and WILL BEGINNING NEXT on withdrawing from the MUSCLE RELAXANT GIVEN. YET, I feel that my ENTIRE MOUTH is OUT OF KILTER. (I fell this WITHIN MY HEART OF HEARTS). I CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY FOR WHAT IS PROBABLY ( needed). I want to have a SECOND APPOINTMENT to visit with Dr. Baur to see if he can SOMEHOW VIEW my teeth area to my NECK, as well, to DETERMINE ( what us needed), and that I ALREADY KNOW THAT I CANNOT AFFORD. I AM SO FEARFUL I WILL LIVE ON OXY ONCE AGAIN, IF MY INSURANCE WIL AGAIN GIVE ME NO COVERAGE, FOR WE JUST CANNOT AFFORD WHAT I FEEL WILL BE A MAJOR SURGERY (to correct ALL) that is wrong. SO SAD. BUT--just had to tell OTHERS of Dr. Baur, being such a truthful & caring Surgeon/PERSON. SOMETIMES, LIFE IS NOT EQUALLY FAIR TO ALL, AND ONE MUST DIE YOUNG, DUE TO THE EFFECTS OF MEDICATIONS THAT A PATIENT 'MUST TAKE DAILY', JUST TO RELIEVE THE PAIN THEY ARE FORCED TO LIVE DAILY, ALL DUE TO INSURANCE COMPANIES HAVING NO EMPATHY. Yes, life is NOT FAIR, and I will be the FIRST (to attest to that)! Patty Garren
