Dr. Dalati does not listen to patients (well me at least); nor is he receptive to patients who are of low income & having trouble with payments. I try to pay when I can. I thought he was payed in full; yet slapped me with $120 bill. I'm on anti seizure med; needed an emergency fill today, but when I called he sounded like he's too busy, once again not listening to me; abruptly ending call. He also threatened not to take me anymore for last non payment. Looking for new DR Who'll listen to me.
There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Not at all! They were boring and outdated
