Mediocre response to broken AC issues, managers do not authorize HVAC technicians to fix underlying causes to the AC system and instead only provide temporary, refrigerant refill fixes (which last for one week before breaking again). Apartment temps have thus been more than 85 degrees inside on hot days. The HVAC technician has already been to our apartment to refill the refrigerant 4 times since June move in date. Will remove this review upon permanent fix to the AC.

Typical LLC management company that ignores calls and service requests for their very old buildings that are falling apart. We had no heat during the winter, other units as well, my radiator started leaking a full cup of water every few days after the super came to “fix” it, our kitchen sink faucet has been broken, the bottom has been leaking, we’ve had literally no water from the bathroom sink, the bathroom faucet drips, and there are roaches. I mostly enjoy living in my building. However, every summer, the AC conveniently does not work in any common areas aside from the first floor. Today, it is 95 degrees outside and 85 degrees in the common areas around my building. This makes all of our units much hotter. For my one bedroom unit, my energy bills in the summer are upwards of $250. The staff is friendly and mostly helpful but it is unacceptable to pay this much in rent to be this hot.
