Avoid This Management at All Costs This is hands down the worst housing management I have ever dealt with. absolutely the worst
The. Worst. This company ran my building into the ground with absentee management, reduced amenities, and when a neighbor threatened me ON CAMERA, they refused to get involved. They don’t take phone calls, they don’t answer emails, they just slum every property they own until they can get a payday.
I just moved in last month and have had 3 packages stolen so far and so has my roomate. According to other residents this happens to them all the time. Packages are stolen daily. I had a package stolen that I need for my mom's 60th birthday this weekend and it was stolen soon after being delivered. I spoke with management about it my first week living here and they dismissively said there's nothing for them to do and to just to call the police.
