Rude staff at check-in counter and no public restroom at this facility. Loading took more than 2 hours. Never coming back here .
I ordered some tile and quite a few pieces have damage. It's particularly frustrating that stores will not allow returns.

Was hoping all the reviews were partially wrong or overblown. Avoid this place if at all possible. I didn't even get the load until after 3 pm and called from Shawnee OK to see when they closed. Lady told me they were there till midnight. Arrived at 5:10 and was told I was late but they'd load me before they went home. I explained that I got the load after 3 and had called her to confirm. D0 NOT COME IN HERE WITH FULL TANKS! I WAS AT 3/4 THEY TRIED TO LOAD 31 SKIDS. THEY CLAIM THE GROSS WEIGHT WAS 45 351. THEY LOAD HEAVY IN THE NOSE THEY WON'T CHANGE THE DIAGRAM I ENDED UP HAVING ONE SKID PULLED OFF HE CLAIMED IT WAS 2,000 POUNDS IT WAS ONLY 1,462 LB THEY WERE QUICK , AND NICE ABOUT IT HAVING A REWORK THEY CLOSE AT MIDNIGHT AND THEY TELL YOU TO GO PARK IN THE GRAVEL LOT BY THE RAILROAD TRACKS In and out, 45281lbs scales out unfortunately 20 miles at the loves..ROOKIE mistake!
