Terrible experience. Had a tech out for a malfunctioning AC that barely spoke English and had to call the company to get a translation on what he was trying to say. They claimed he was one of their best. Charged us $235 not disclosed prior for a quick diagnosis, but stated could not fix the problem due to not having the part and that the office would call me with an estimate. Fair and honest. Ive used DAL exclusively for 8 years. I always get real, transparent quotes. The trust is that Im not being oversold. After that, anyone should be ok with the cost when the service is stellar.

DAL AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING IS THE BEST!!!!!We have used Dal for over 30 years. He helped us out way back when we were in our first home and gained my trust and loyalty then. **** took the extra time to fix an ac issue that probably would have been easier to sell us a new fan, but he fixed our existing fan instead.We are in our forever home now for over 23 years and of course we have used him for various repairs.
