4 Star : Likely to Recommend I’ve used DAKU for many years and they have always provided great service. 1 Star : Repair Quality Mirror’s setting doesn’t hold in place. Each time I start the car it has to be reprogrammed. Also the mirror had a flaw and could have been replaced. 4.5 Star : Customer Service The company agreed to take a look at fixing the issue but would not replace the mirror. Said the mirror flaw was not caused by the accident.

5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality My parts were fixed in a timely manner and they even detailed my car and gave me a thank you bag. The part looks absolutely perfect and brand new. You can’t even tell it’s not the original part 5 Star : Customer Service I have always been more on an introvert but Rob had made me feel very comfortable during the estimate and went over everything with me. I was updated throughout the whole process and all my questions were answered.
