Tina the receptionist couldn’t get me info as to why I wasn’t updated properly and was just overall rude…I’m not sure if she just doesn’t have customer service experience but she needs to go through phone training or something. Got multiple calls from enterprise that I would have to pay for the rental when Daku still had my car. Had to call them MULTIPLE TIMES just to get that situated . Bonnie was amazing eve... read more
