I have been seeing Dr Vyas for over a year now for beign essential tremors, neuropathy in my feet, toes, fingers and on both hands. Dr Vyas prescribed two different medications and they were working good until recently. I called Dr Vyas’s office several times and left numerous messages but Dr Vyas’s staff never replied until one evening a staff member left a message on my phone and told me she would call me back but never did. I've been calling for a week and the number is "out of service"
The receptionist Victoria is terrible... Her customer service skills suck. She is evil and extremely rude. She is by far the most unprofessional person I have ever met working behind a desk in the medical field!
She was a Great Doctor with a good staff for 20yrs +/- when she was my Dr. Now, her staff is No-good and I feel that she needs to retire and hire a better staff before they seriously cause harm to someone!
