I had a wonderful experience with this florist! I ordered flowers over the phone for my daughter who is attending university in Windsor, and they were delivered very quickly. The person I spoke with on the phone was incredibly pleasant, friendly, and helpful, which made the whole process so easy. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and my daughter loved them. I’m very impressed with the service and quality. I would highly recommend this florist and will definitely be using them again in the future!
Good service
I usually don't bash a company unless I have spoken with them. I ordered a balloon bouquet with 3 mylers and 4 regular balloons. I went to the persons home less than 24 hours later and all the regular balloons were fallen on the ground. I know that the regular balloons don't last as long but less than 24 hours I feel is unacceptable. I was embarrassed the bouquet look terrible. I have had reg. balloons last at least a couple of days not less than 24 hours.
A great person with a even greater heart.
