Terrible experience disrespectful and unprofessional staff. I came in for eyebrows, upper lip threading, and waxing. When I called to book my appointment, the lady on the phone confirmed my 5 PM slot without mentioning any limitations or staffing issues. Had she told me upfront that there would only be one person managing everything, I would not have come at that time. I love to come here to get my eyebrows threaded! I hardly ever have to wait long, if at all, and the lady who does it, is super quick! The prices are very reasonable too. Highly recommend!
Have been seeing Dak for a number of years. She was previously at another location. Followed her to her own location. She is wonderful, quick, professional, always a joy to catch up with. Her salon is clean and services are fantastic. I cannot say enough about her.
