I found this place after my regular eyebrow threader did not show up for an appointment and left me in a panic, as I needed to get my eyebrows done before leaving for an international trip. Daksha was so sweet and cleaned up my eyebrows beautifully! They look fantastic. The place was very clean and sanitary, and I found services to be very reasonably priced. I will definitely be back!
Disrespectful staff hungry for tips. Terrible experience. One particular big-mouth staff (let’s call her Zara) was refusing to take me despite another assistant claiming they both need to be there for customers, as DAKS stepped out. As I offered to wait, she took me in for waxing and refused to give me a towel or paper to cover up saying towel would get dirty and paper would make noise which is uncomfortable for her (??!).
