We brought our car to Dakota on Thursday for an oil change, on Friday after driving my car the engine seized. I had it towed to another mechanic who told me and put it in writing (for court) that too much oil was used during the oil change and the overflow caused damage to my engine. When I drove my car into Dakota, not even the engine light was on, all I needed was a maintenance oil change. Dakota will not take resposibilty and we now have to go to small claims court to recover our losses.
Dakota saved my car. I swear, my car was giving me all sorts of strange sounds...it sounded haunted! "Wrrrrrrrrrrraaaaaeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaak " Dakota was able to patiently assess the issues. In addition to fixing the noise (it was actually a dead rat stuck inside some metal component) he was able to buff and shine my 17s, they look new (even though they are 7 years old). I give Dakota a 5/7 for looks and 5 facebook stars for service.
Always there when I need it! Gets me in and out quickly and I always feel safe. Its hard to find an experience now a days that feels personal. Dakota is Family.

Been getting my oil change on my 2012 for a couple years at Dakota's. I now get my state inspection done here as well. He is friendly, fair, and accommodating with getting my car in the same day. I highly recommend this local business!
