I recently visited Dakotah Jewelry hoping to find a special gift, but I was completely let down by the staff’s behavior. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. Not a single greeting or offer of assistance—just cold stares and dismissive attitudes.
Awesome so many choices of jewelry and other gifts almost every kind of stone you can think of good prices amazing people here the lamps are very cute too wall hangings, walking staffs and so much more. My sister bought a necklace while we were here. They were incredibly helpful, easy to get to right on the corner not too far from the parking.
BUYER BE WARE. I purchased a ring Memorial Day weekend. The ring had a tag but the description and price had been torn off. I asked the sales lady what the stone was and how much the ring was. She handed the ring to Alvin the mgr and he said “That’s a black opal. It’s the only one in the store”. The sales person quoted my $60. I bought it and gave it to my daughter. Opals are her birthstone and she has several. She has only worn it a few times, and the stone which was black with inner fire is now green and dull. I called and... read more
Absolutely great experience and beautiful pieces. I came in VERY indecisive about what kind of turquoise piece I wanted to take home. Marilyn worked with my husband and I and was fabulous!! She gave us lots of good information and suggestions - it really was such a special experience. I love the piece I took home with me and will treasure the experience! Highly recommend!!
