Thank you for wasting my time in my life!! Scheduled me an appointment on a Friday but wrote the 21st at 10am but come to find out I didn’t even have one scheduled because no one does their job! Then scheduled on a Friday the 22nd since the Friday the 21st of march was actually a Thursday. Then I get asked for insurance when I was sent there by Sioux San. This was my first time there and I’d give them 10⭐️ Dr.Slingsby did a wonderful job on my eye thank u so much when I first saw him I was so surprised because of his appearance and honestly I thought he was very very young 18 or 19 years old….when I was told I needed lazer eye surgery right away I was very nervous kinda scared because I never had any problems with my eyes. I had an appointment today with Dr Wilke who I really like. However, this business employs rude, condescending receptionist. I arrived to my scheduled appointment 8 minutes early, called at 6 minutes early to alert them of my arrival. 10 minutes after my appointment time I called back inquiring as to why I was being held up and politely informed the first receptionist Katherine that my time is valuable as well and I don't appreciate being made to wait, she informed me there were several add ins that day I attempted to inform... read more
