Shaun did a fantastic job understanding our household needs for soft water. Our current WaterBoss unit was insufficient. I highly recommend that you speak with Shaun if you have a WaterBoss unit as these units are not built to perform long term. Ours was only three and a half years old. He solved our problem of not having consistent soft water and was price competitive. He was also very efficient for installation time. Shaun is an educator and professional all around!
