Def a no gave my dog more shots than necessary and not impressed with the credit card before dog..really shows the money hunger. Gladly switched thank god I did so before I ACTUALLY needed something. Look elsewhere sisseton or casselton
RecommendedThey are the best around! We had to put our 15 year old dog down and my first experience with it. They were very caring and compassionate. The following week we received a sympathy card which was so appreciated by our family. We highly recommend DVH!

I do love Dr.Matz. He’s so sweet and knowledgeable. However, the staff at the desk are always very rude. They don’t do payment plans, so beware. We found out we have a cancerous tumor, that ended up costing us $700. I asked if I could pay half of it today and half of it in 7 days. The lady looked at me as if I was stupid and said, “No your payment must be paid today, regardless of your reasoning.” And gave me the nastiest look. I had taken my pet to this clinic today and was very impressed with the doctor and his knowledge, The down side is that not all of the charges were discussed with me and felt forced into buying a clinic brand by use. I had an appointment for next week through speaking with the doctor on call in the evening time he had told me to just come in the next day instead of waiting a week. I was charged an emergency visit fee which was not discussed and was not approved by me, An emergency fee would be assessed if they had after hour... read more
We had to put our beloved 15 year old cat down a few weeks ago and our vet couldn't get him in. We couldn't handle seeing our fur baby suffering so we Called here and they understood our situation and got us in the same day. They were wonderful from the moment we walked in. As hard as it was to let our pet go, they made it go as smoothly and peaceful as possible (for us and for him) … we are looking into switching our other 3 pets to them because we know they would be in great hands.
