unfortunately it seems the times I've been in the store, I fail to be recognized and asked if there is something I am looking for. Even on the way out the door, there's not a thank you or anything. However the store is clean and organized and priced competitively, but the customer service is/has been sub par
Very poor customer service. I needed a quote for an embroidery job. I was transferred twice and talked to 3 people. The sales gal I finally talked to 3 days ago who promised to get me a quote that day never called me back. I will not be using your company.
