Giving 5 stars because the final roof job was excellent. The process was slow (several months from planning to completion) but very high quality.
We had a probably overly zealous home inspection done in which the young inspector believed we had numerous problems with our wood siding, which required a siding contractor. Since Dakota was one of the few contractors which repaired wood siding, I called them. We were impressed by the honesty the Dakota rep, Tiffany Stoffer, displayed. She seemed very knowledgeable about wood issues. As a former business owner, I know what I would expect for customer service. What I have experienced today with Dakota Roofing is nothing less than professional! As far as integrity goes. I would trust them to be honest with me.
Dakota Roofing is current with my Corvallis home where the roofers are drinking alchool on my property. Safety issues and concerns this will be my last time hiring this company , Employees have a alchool problem
Fast efficient replacement and as scheduled! On our reroof I had a special request to relocate plumbing vents. From the four separate requested estimates, 2 companies would not do the vent relocating and the 3rd never got back with their bid! Dakota was the only one to follow through and had the lowest bid of the three received which included the cost of having a plumber relocate the vents. I cannot give enough positive remarks towards their staff and crew!
