When I get a picture I'll be sure to post but there's one of the residents here who sits on peoples cars in the parking lot near the dumpster and I did catch him (what it appeared to be) him peeping in my car while he takes his smoking outside regularly (07/03). The incident I just witnessed, made me feel uncomfortable and on alert now as a woman. Unfortunately, he's a tenant here and I am too so I have my own artillery of solutions to keep myself and my property safe. No complaints about the apartments though.
