I would not even give one star t this . this is the worst realty I have ever seen. These people blamed us on not cleaning the apartment before leaving and did cut our security deposit also wanted us to pay more , and we requested was bills of everthing what they have done besides carpet cleaning. We also changed the broken curtains and changed the gas plates , we literally had everthing cleaned each and everything there was not even a single pin of stain all over the house. we have pictures and videos of everything but " ***... read more

We take returns of security deposit very seriously, this unit was professional cleaned by *****. Intek also cleaned the carpets (per the lease agreement). The tenants were charged for the burn in the new carpet, new drip pans for the stove, and some minor repairs. The tenants had several bucket of water in the bathroom, not sure why, but the water from these buckets overran into the unit below numerous times causing damage to the ceiling below.
