My experience with Dakota Property Management—particularly with Samantha—has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable. For months, I’ve dealt with serious habitability issues in my rental, including: No heat for over a week during winter (October 26 – November 4, 2024), making the home unsafe to live in. I'm hesitant in leaving this review out of concerns for retaliation however My experience with Dakota Property Management, specifically with Samantha, has been nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable. For months, I have endured serious habitability issues in my rental property, including: No heat for 8 days in winter (Oct 26 – Nov 4, 2024), leaving my home unsafe. I don’t even know where to start. I have never had such a negative experience with a company that I’ve leased from. Their lack of communication, lack of empathy, and inability to follow through are just three of the many shortcomings that Dakota Property Management has displayed in the year and a half that I leased one of their properties. Dakota Management has managed two Front Range properties for us since 2019 and we couldn't be happier with the level of service and professionalism we've received from the company. They've placed excellent long-term tenants in each of our properties, and been attentive and responsive to their needs, as well as our own. Highly recommended.
