Very easy to work with and communicative. Debra has been very helpful and accommodating.
I was a tenant and I really felt like Dakota management treated me fairly and was not just protecting the property/owners. My property was sold while I was moving out and the whole process caused a lot of headache for me as a tenant. They recognized this is not fair to me, and helped organize the confusing mess of multiple companies trying to fix my air conditioner.
Horrible property management company Updated 8-15-25 Dakota property management is not returning my calls my emails my messages and they have completely stopped addressing any Maintenance issues i'm guessing in retaliation for my negative Google review But they did ask if I wanted to move out early and break my lease, but I would have to continue paying rent until they found somebody else to rent the property I told them No And I hope anybody reading this review will do the same I first moved in here in October 20 24 and imm... read more
