Fair management fees and good communication.
Had to break my lease early. I liked the property but had to move. These people, either through bureaucratic incompetence or deliberate malice, INSIST that I owe them a lease break fee that was not included on my lease. Its already downright extortionate that I had to pay rent until a new tenant was found, but they want a lease break fee on TOP OF THAT?!
