Absolutely horrible! Words cannot adequately describe the most awful experience I've ever had as a renter. Upon move-in the house was full of grit and grime. I stayed in a hotel my first days of renting the home because I was too afraid to stay there. I had assumed a move-in clean would be performed before my first day in the home, and although they promised it had been, it most definitely had not. It has been one problem after another. Won't return phone calls. Sends threatening messages pretty much every month about another task they are now requiring renter's to be responsible for. Not acquiring proper lease information from previous property management on said rentals, then threatening to evict or overcharge you for pet deposit you have already made. Make you pay for resident benefits pkg 35 a month but refuse to let you know what their benefits are? Very frustrating. Do not recommend.
Not really a company I would ever rent from again, they also don't have proper emergency channels as we had no heat and there was no emergency contact for that, so we had to put in things that did not exist to get the attention when it was below freezing. Also, they charged fees after the first then told us we were late, when they did not say we had extra fees. We paid rent on the first and we are fine paying bills when we are aware of their existence. The property was not given to us in good condition, we found cat feces in... read more
