You are probably calling the old number, I just called last Friday no problem, and btw this is the 21st century, you call your pharmacy for your refill and the send the request via electronically via a computer to the doctor for refills. you gave my dr a 1 star because of gross stupidity!
The folks at Dakota Primary Care are impossible to get in touch with. No one is there to answer the phone, and their voice mail box is always full so there is no opportunity to leave a return message. This makes requesting a refill impossible. You are able to fax existing prescription requests to them through your pharmacy, but good luck with a new one. Or getting into see them at all.
Dr Koch SAVED MY LIFE!!!!! I am walking the earth because of her attention to detail and care.
