The place is great and Nita is helpful and prompt; however, BEWARE at the end of your lease you WILL lose your deposit even if you clean your apartment. Scott, the owner/landlord, justifies it as needing the funds to prepare for his next tenant. It has nothing to do with the condition you leave your apartment, it's simply money that he takes out of your deposit to fund his building even if you leave it exactly how you receive.
We love our apartment!!
