RENTER BEWARE: This place was great at first and I thought Nita and Scott were kind people but I very quickly started to realize that this was not the case. Scott would enter without proper notice caught on video and not reply to emails or texts for days or even weeks at times. I also have videos of Scott using loud equipment outside at less than 50 feet the buildings doors at 1 AM which would keep you awake. The place is great and Nita is helpful and prompt; however, BEWARE at the end of your lease you WILL lose your deposit even if you clean your apartment. Scott, the owner/landlord, justifies it as needing the funds to prepare for his next tenant. It has nothing to do with the condition you leave your apartment, it's simply money that he takes out of your deposit to fund his building even if you leave it exactly how you receive.
