The new owner that has taken over, has let this place go down in the dumps!! Kicking anyone he feels like out! Giving people eviction notices but then making them leave before the notice is even up. How are you going to do that?? Don’t even think about moving here! They had to condemn a whole complex because the owner refuses to keep things up to code. It’s infested with bugs and the roofs are falling apart. Just don’t. Please look somewhere, anywhere else!!! Save yourself the hassle!

Was tolerable at first but if you move out voluntarily they'll still evict you reguardless of what was told to you by the manager just to try and get more money from you that DOESNT GET PUT INTO REPAIRS OR THE REST OF THE PROPERTY..ALSO PUT IN SEVERAL WORK ORDERS FOR MAINTENANCE TO BE DONE AND NOTHING EVER FIXED IN MORE THAN A YEAR AND SEVERAL TIMES NOTIFYING THE OFFICE OF THE ISSUES. You do not want to live there, the apartments are not up to code, you can't get anyone to respond when you need something fixed was without a stove for 6 months and the refrigerator went out and they did not fix it for 3 months and when they did replace it they put another broken one in and it took 2 months to replace it, they have bed bugs and roaches and long with the ceiling caving in that took 3 weeks before anyone came to look at it, the manager have your cars towed on a regular bases and she locked the pool only her an... read more

I moved in here in Sept. I have seen worse . Progress takes time . Change is eminent. You can only do so much . I witnessed a maintence man , running up and down the stairs several times and was suprised. It will get better .

It was great when my ex the girls and I moved in. The lady, can't remember her name. The manager, the Hispanic one. Was so sweet. But then Tammy took over. It all went to hell. I went up there after we moved Volunterrilly. She told me I couldn't be there cause we were evicted! I hated that fat ass Tammy! She was always up Monica's ass before she was fired. We were late with rent. They came in and took my x. Box and TV.

Worst place ever!! The maintenance men are clueless, slumlords own the place, & half of the tenants just don't give a damn anymore. With good reason!! The ac doesn't work half the time, & even when it is working it doesn't cool that well. Just another thing they won't fix. Leaks everywhere that aren't & won't be fixed, & some apts have mold. A lot of the apts even have bed bugs but the owners don't care.
