I love it here. Staff and residents are so nice & helpful. They’re clean and fast to respond to requests.
Absolute unprofessional lot... they charged me a huge amount on pretext of smell when we rarely used it during the exit. The exit walk-through went without any complains and I was assured of getting my full deposit back( the walk-through person said the apartment was spotless and smelled good). I felt cheated when I received the invoice saying they had odor in the apartment when it clearly showed that they were getting their old, defunct apartment renovated at the cost of exiting tenants. charge tenants excessively upon move out – This apartment charge tenants unreasonablly when tenants move out. Usually they do not give any sign of significant charge at check out (which take away tenants' chance to dispute on site or collecting any evidance of apartment or carpet conditions at move out). Dakota Park Apartment then send you a large bill several weeks or months later depends on how many leasing time you have left at move out. There is no clause for getting out of the lease earlier.
