Glad we moved when we did, place has gotten worse. Office personnel played off as nice but we can tell it was fake. Unsecured buildings/ unsecured underground parking garages. Heard the shopping carts were removed. Cameras aren't monitored. Maintenance is a joke/ rude. The underground parking was the only positive thing.
***DO NOT MOVE HERE*** I’ve been a resident here for years and always appreciated the sense of community and the conveniences that made living here enjoyable. Unfortunately, since the new management (THE COLLECTIVE) took over, things have gone downhill. Changes have been rolled out with little transparency, and when residents ask questions, the response is always, “We’re not making a change at this time, but we’ll send out a communication if that changes,” which doesn’t address real concerns or allow for meaningful discussio... read more
Loved living here, we were here for 4 years! More than enough amenities, but above all else the management company, Adam’s Development cares about their tenants! I couldn’t have been happier. Real life happens & sometimes circumstances aren’t foreseeable. Jason & Jackie made my family feel cared for & that’s never happened before. Maintenance was completed within 24 hours, unless it was the weekend & the request wasn’t urgent. If it was urgent, someone was there instantly. Communication was awesome & transparent. I had a great stay at Dakota park unfortunately my time in North Dakota was cut short when my mother passed away 2 weeks before thanksgiving 2024.. so since I didn’t have no family I had to leave Fargo and go back to Las Vegas.. managers Jackie and Jason was both sincerely understanding when I had to everything on my own.. I would highly recommend Dakota park to anyone
