I had a great stay at Dakota park unfortunately my time in North Dakota was cut short when my mother passed away 2 weeks before thanksgiving 2024.. so since I didn’t have no family I had to leave Fargo and go back to Las Vegas.. managers Jackie and Jason was both sincerely understanding when I had to everything on my own.. I would highly recommend Dakota park to anyone

During my apartment hunt, I toured a unit at Dakota Park. As their website and listings do not include any photos of the units or floor plans, I really didn’t know what to expect! I wasn’t impressed with the unit that was shown to me. In the listing, it stated that the unit had a balcony, but it instead had a bay window in the living room. I lived 2 years here and it was a great experience. If I ever have to rent again Dakota Park is my first choice. As for post about move out and paying for things, I had no issues. I know there were a few things I could have been billed for that were minor, I worked hard cleaning the place and I got my whole deposit. These guys are more than fair!

You will get charged unnecessary fees just because their payment system is unreliable. We have paid our rental fee on time and got confirmation from their system that we have paid so we assumed that it was successful. But after 4days we have been charged for $30 because they said we entered the information incorrectly. Their system should declined our transaction we made on the same day if there was something wrong in the information we entered thats how system and technology works!
