RecommendedVery Professional. Fast response to any left voicemails, emails and calls. Monument was finished before said completion date. Would definitely work with company again.
Very unorganized! They can’t keep promises of when headstone will be placed. I live near Chicago and made a trip to visit my father’s gravesite after my family was promised it would be there at the cemetery. Unfortunately, all I saw was grass. I took time off and made the long drive up. Now I will need to come back up but can’t actually plan anything ...as the headstone is still not there! You have given my family the run around! This is the last thing a family grieving should have to deal with. Shame on you.
About two years ago we ordered a headstone for my grandparents. We had a good experience and because of that decided to come back to order my parents. My father passed away of cancer in December 2017. He was only 66. Around the middle of March 2018 my 64 year old mother and I went to Dakota Monument to pick out my parents headstone.
