I have lived at Dakota Lofts for many years. It’s a very unique and fun building; not to mention super convenient to pretty much anywhere in the city. The property is safe and the management is very responsive and helpful. Anytime I’ve had to submit a service request, it’s addressed immediately. Neighbors are respectful of each other and the property. I have been very happy here. It’s a great place to live.

I lived here for 24 hours before discovering a horrible German roach infestation in unit 406. I immediately broke the lease as the landlord told me he “didn’t believe in exterminators because if they worked they wouldn’t be in business”. I asked for a professional to come treat the unit but instead he sent the maintenance man up with a can of Raid thinking that would do the trick even though they were so bad they were in the outlets.
