I had 4 Dakota 12-volt LifePO4 batteries and couldn't get one of them to wake up and charge. Contacted Dakota support and spoke with Technical Support Specialist Brandon R and explained my problem. He promptly sent instructions for waking up the battery. When this failed, he sent a new replacement. No questions asked! I consider this to be fantastic customer service.
