I helplessly called Dakota Batteries tech support and felt inadequate as a man not knowing just how electricity works…but the guy tgat helped me was just so patient and explained some solutions to an issue I was having with wfishfinder batteries. As I searched for a multimeter (unsuccessfully) he remained patient and helped me resolve my issue even with my lack of electrical skills. I mean REALLY patient!
