I had my mother Leona there for approximately 1 year, and in that time, I found the staff to be very professional, sympathetic, compassionate and understanding of different situations that can arise and how they accomodated our special needs. Jeff, Christin, the front staff, and even the cleaning personal were all very considerate and very caring of mom's needs. She enjoyed being there and had the opportunity to meet alot of new friends. The worst senior home in Winnipeg. Staff are horrible to the elders, swearing at them and treating them poorly. DO NOT SEND YOUR PARENTS THERE.
They serve very good quality food, on a daily basis, for the residents here.
My grandparents stayed there back in 2016. They took very good care of them!
My grandfather lived here for 10 years and I'd say that the service was defffinettly better pre-pandemic. It would sometimes be a mixed bag with if you got someone who's been working there for years, or if you would get someone who had been working there for a few days. Overall, I can't give this place a bad review as I have so many memories there while growing up and a lot of the people there are nice, but there were some downsides, as there are with many things.
