Very friendly staff who were able to answer my many questions about the mulch they carry.

Experienced some of the absolute WORST customer service from an EXTREMELY disrespectful and unprofessional employee named Alex, who refused to let me talk to his manager or someone that he answers to because he knew he was in the wrong. We asked for approximately 300 pounds of rock but they gave us about 1,200 pounds instead and charged us for over 3 times the amount we needed. The staff is super helpful. Knowledgeable and flexible and met all my needs as a retail customer. The delivery was fast and efficient especially Fred who helped me with three deliveries and was very accommodating. I definitely recommend the store for landscaping, small, and large projects.
