The DA’s were very rude, so was the dentist herself. They didn’t do the numbing correctly for my filling, and made a fuss when I said something about it. The dentist was also very unprofessional, making it seem like I was wasting her time — as she dropped the drill bit IN MY MOUTH. Don’t come here. End of story.
Carla was great, really listened to my concerns when I was getting my teeth cleaned. Super friendly front desk. Doctor Brock asked about a sleep appliance he had made for me to use and how it was working. Never have had anything but good appointments here.
Would not recommend!!! This place felt very unwelcoming. Nightmare experience, will not be returning. Come here if you want to be traumatized by a dentist for life!
Very unprofessional and rude. Really makes you wonder why some people choose this profession if they hate their patients so much. Dental office visits can be nerve racking as it is, but having your dentist make you feel unwelcome and like a waste of their time is absolutely unacceptable. Save your time and money, go somewhere else
