I don’t think it’s ok to charge double of what was agreed upon. I would recommend calling to check if it would be ok to do additional services at additional cost rather than simply do them and surprise the customer with the bill at pick up time.
This place is great!!! They are always fast, the people are friendly, and my stuff is always clean when they say it will be.
What experience? They have no experience in what they do, and don't answer to customers.
Their alternations are limited and they don't give accurate pricing when asked.
Unprofessional and rude. Tried to help out a friend that took their dry cleaning to the Sycamore Hyvee location and since they don't have a FB page or computer, wanted to help them out. They needed dry cleaning done before they went out of town. The items they received didn't look like they were done. There was a Veteran's coat that looked as it they put the plastic on it, taped a yellow receipt with a $15 dollar price tag, and it was done.
