I maintained clear communication and always paid cash in advance for services, including cancellation fees when I had to reschedule due to weather or work emergencies. I value my time and theirs, and I was always willing to pay for any inconvenience I caused. Dr Sarah Sarbacker... called to check in with me weekly
They refused to see me after I rescheduled two appointments due to bad weather. I had to drive 130 miles in SD winter. I was just about done with the treatment yet they denied to see me anymore. They do NOT care about the patient only the money from the patient.
RecommendedDr.Swartz is an awesome Doc.
Dr. Watson was very personable and helpful.
Bill was outrageous they nickel and dime you for everything with a bad attitude I promise they will never see business from my wife or I again.
HORRIBLE PERSON ANSWERING PHONE CALLS....HOW DO YOU EVER GET PAST THE RUDE ATTITUDE TO SCHEDULE ANYTHING?
