I maintained clear communication and always paid cash in advance for services, including cancellation fees when I had to reschedule due to weather or work emergencies. I value my time and theirs, and I was always willing to pay for any inconvenience I caused. They refused to see me after I rescheduled two appointments due to bad weather. I had to drive 130 miles in SD winter. I was just about done with the treatment yet they denied to see me anymore. They do NOT care about the patient only the money from the patient.
